The Good Shepherd chapter of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML) is a large group divided into several smaller groups (circles) for Bible study, mission activities, fellowship, service projects and specific responsibilities. The entire LWML generally meets four times a year in March, June, September and December. A program, Bible study, service project and/or social event is the focus of these meetings.

LWML business is conducted at board meetings which are held monthly. President, vice-president, (or co-presidents and co-vice-presidents), secretary and treasurer are the officers. In addition to these officers, circle chairpersons also serve on the board.

All ladies of Good Shepherd are encouraged to join the LWML circle of their choice. While participating in this mission arm of the church, women get better acquainted and support each other in their relationship with God.
